Joining Microsoft in the Western Europe (WE) Area STU (Specialist Technical Unit) organization, within the Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) as a Business Program Manager, you will be central to the operations of this organization.

This role is responsible for managing key processes and programs in the STU team, driving activities to closure, data analysis / reporting.

The role reports to the Sales Excellence Lead who manages the overall operations, processes, business programs and business management of the WE STU organization.

The Business Program Manager assists the Sales Excellence Lead in managing programs, processes, analysis and reporting for Western Europe STU organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programs and processes within the WE STU organization
  • Support the WE STU team members in delivering successful programs
  • Drive awareness of programs and processes across WE STU subsidiaries
  • Support the STU Digital Sales program, identify new initiatives and work across WE to increase Digital Selling
  • Partner with the STU teams in subsidiaries to deliver successful initiatives and programs
  • Support the WE STU organization in reporting and operational activities
  • Support the WE STU team in analysing data and identifying insights
  • Make recommendations for improvement based on insights identified
  • Responsible for management of data within tools such as BP organization tools
  • Support to subsidiaries in managing STU Quota rules, territory rules, internal processes
  • Drive compliance adherence within the WE STU organization
  • Support on driving TSI (Technical Skills initiatives) and reporting in the STU organization
  • Manage allocations and organize processes for invitations for MS internal events within the STU organization
  • Increase the ease of doing business within Microsoft by escalating, and solving for process issues
  • Support to subsidiaries in queries regarding internal processes
  • Support the management of meeting organization, pre-meeting preparation, action taking and action follow-up
  • Qualifications

  • Maximum 5 years working experience of working in an operational role
  • Experience of working in an operational role
  • History of driving operational discipline, as well as innovation
  • Experience in working with Digital technologies
  • Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
  • Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to work and build strong relationships across subsidiaries
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
  • Must be highly analytical, able to understand business metrics and build reporting
  • Core Competencies :

    Education

    Bachelor's degree (B.S. / B.A.) required and / or experience in relevant fields e.g : business, operations.
