Our client is looking for a Head of Onboarding to lead the onboarding function at their company that is in the Saas space.Responsibilities :

  • Own and develop customer onboarding function,
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Director and Product team to optimize for improved efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Plan and deliver customer onboarding projects
  • Support customers and Customer Success Managers as a product expert
  • Travel to customer sites is required Qualifications :
  • 2 to 5 years of experience from management consulting, with domain knowledge in Digital Transformation, Business Operating Models, Enterprise Architecture, IT-strategy, process improvements, organizational change or similar
  • Enjoy building relationships
  • Structured and enjoy holding workshops and giving presentations
  • Passionate about new technologies and will teach yourself how to use them
  • Problem-solver
  • English with full professional proficiency
