Conduct outbound calls and execute email campaigns daily from a blend of inbound leads and self-prospecting
Perform research on schools and districts as part of lead generation and qualification activities
Engage and excite potential customers via phone and email
Articulate the value of itslearning while gathering insights and qualifying prospects
Book meetings for field sales
Manage entire sales cycle for small deals
Key account management for small customers
Achieve monthly and annual targets for calls, booked meetings, and opportunities created
Prioritize and manage time allocation across a large volume of inbound leads and prospective targets
Work collaboratively with Marketing and Field Sales
Document all activity in Salesforce and maintain complete, accurate records
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and social media skills
Able to maintain a high volume of calls daily and a high activity level overall
Strong customer service skills, with prior experience in customer-facing roles
Energetic, self-starter who thrives in a team environment
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, allocate and track time across a large set of targets
Education market background a plus
SaaS background a plus
Experience with Salesforce and Outreach, a plus
Fluent in English, Norwegian & Danish; fluency in Finnish is an advantage
