5! Nordics 2019 Sales of approximately $450m covering 5 Franchises cross 5 Nordics countries. The CPO is operating with key Pharma products.

The role works closely with Nordic Franchise Leadership (FLT) team, guide smart decision making through business analytics.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • The Franchise Finance Head will be the Process Owner of his / her franchise for specific critical Finance Processes & Projects namely : (1) Strategic Planning : 3 year brand wise strategic overview & forecast in collaboration cross functionally (2)Budgeting Process : Target setting through local operational plans with business (3)Closing and Latest Outlook : Ensure quality closing process and proactively franchise performance management (4) Tactical Planning : Lead tactical planning process, ensuring alignment between franchise strategy and operational activities
  • As a member of Franchise Leadership Team, fully understand key business issues and drivers, optimize resource allocations.
  • Actively involved in the strategic decision making for the Franchise and driving results. Proactively identify and raise new business proposals and opportunities.

    Support Launch preparations including launch readiness reviews, development of KPIs and etc.

  • Support franchise to obtain competitor insight and market analysis, assess commercial and sales force effectiveness and productivity, including market sizing / patient population estimation, build scenarios and sensitivity analysis for market access business cases and etc.
  • Close collaboration with SCM team on S&OP process to ensure solid planning and product supply for the franchise
  • Represent Finance within the Business Franchise(s) to design business processes which are in line with internal control requirements and provide financial education to the business partner.
  • Coach, guide and mentor other BPAs within the Nordics, including upscaling capabilities. Reduce bureaucracy and continually improve and streamline processes

    Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or equivalent in business or finance. MBA a plus. Postgraduate level in Management Accounting (CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or final stage of study).
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Preferably plus Nordic language

  • 3-5+ years relevant financial management and business partnering experience in a major corporation. International experience working in multinational teams.
  • Leadership experience of leading in a matrix environment and project management experience. Background in scientific, pharmaceutical or manufacturing company a plus

  • Strong analysis and communication and influencing skills
  • Passion for the business side beyond pure finance perspective. Expertise on business process modelling / Re-engineering
  • Result focus with high integrity. Excellent execution and problem solving skills. Capacity to work under pressure.
