Welltec is actively recruiting for Supply Chain Coordinator Scandinavia for its operation in Bergen, Norway. We are looking for strong candidates with service experience in the oil and gas industry.
As a Field Engineer in Welltec your tasks will include :
Coordinate and re-locate existing equipment and tools
Support bases with regards to all supply related questions.
Tracking and monitoring SPC through analysis and statistics
Tracking and monitoring the fleet through analysis and statistics
Interaction with Internal suppliers; Technical Managers, Warehouse, Sourcing, Manufacturing & assembly, Logistics and Development & Engineering
Supporting Management by analyzing and forecasting on demand
Coordinate with logistics on incoming and outgoing shipments
Order handling in SPC and Dynamics NAV, Order entry, Order tracking, Order follow up and Order verification
Ad Hoc. Runner on urgent cases
Ad Hoc. Improvement tasks related to the supply chain
The preferred candidate has the following profile :
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Strong PC skills, MS Office, Internet explorer, Database (preferably ERP) Dynamics NAV
Supply Chain Management Education / Understanding
Good Cultural understanding and international cooperation skills
Technical knowledge and general understanding about management, manufacturing and economy
Ability to support after hours requests
Insight in Fleet Management, Assembly, Manufacturing and Sourcing
Being able to coordinate and control many different processes and assignments at the same time
