We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to work at Superb, with focus to support our growth in the Norwegian market.
You will be the face and voice of Superb in Scandinavia. Superb is the proud creator of Guest Experience Management or GXM, an all-in-one platform for restaurants to be in control of their guest experience.
Our customers are the worlds best restaurants which now count over 100 cities and 30 countries all over the world.Superb is a fast-growing startup from Copenhagen, and we are now looking to expand in markets around Europe.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring we help the world's best restaurants use our GXM platform to deliver the best experience possible to their guests.
We are looking for a native Norwegian speaker based in Norway, and ideally also the ability to converse in Swedish and Danish.
You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, and be working to proactively engage and inspire our customers to do a superb experience ensuring high customer satisfaction, high product adoption and helping them expand their use of our platform.
We expect you to know your craft and be able to hit the ground running from day one.Applicants for this position should demonstrate the following : - A proven track record in Customer Experience within a SAAS Company.
