JOB DESCRIPTION Role Summary :
Baker Hughes, a GEcompany (Oil Field Equipment) are currently looking for a temporary OperationsDelivery Manager to cover a project need for 2 years.
The role will provideoverall leadership for Customer / Field(s) and be accountable for businessdevelopment, Customer satisfaction, services orders and contract management fordedicated customers / field(s) within the region.
Essential Responsibilities :
Accountable forinterfacing with the customer, internal teams, regions, and functions tointegrate, develop and ensure execution from handover to installation andservices including proactive management through life of field Integrate withthe customer and BHGE's matrix organization, build strong long-
termrelationships with customers in the region, single point of contact for BHGEand customer for wing-to-wing execution Owner of relevant reporting to customer(monthly, quarterly and others) Owner of services orders and as soldContribution Margin (CM) while supporting Sales for customers in the region Responsiblefor managing relevant operating rhythms as agreed with the customer Identifynew revenue streams in contract while extending contract profitability andarticulate schedule & cost impacts due to both internal and customer drivenchanges Owner of past dues and guide and assist operations to clarifycontractual and or other issues driving past dues Partner with the customer,sal
