As our new Logistics Operations Administrator your main task will be to operationally support our third-party logistics (3PL) in areas like storage, handling orders, co-packing and transport. Purpose of the Role

As our new Logistics Operations Administrator your main task will be to operationally support our third-party logistics (3PL) in areas like storage, handling orders, co-packing and transport.

Main Responsibilities

  • Stock reconciliation for two of our third-party logistics warehouses in Norway.
  • Inventory management - overseeing all movements in 3PL warehouse and our internal system.
  • Reporting and / or correcting interface errors.
  • Taking care of customer returns.
  • Handling of damaged goods.
  • Arranging and monitoring the scrapping of both finished goods & packing materials.
  • Performing manual Goods Receipt / Goods Issue / Goods Movement if necessary.
  • Assisting during special situations, recall, internal controls and audits by providing traceability reports.
  • Reporting to Norwegian authorities (milk report, sugar tax).
  • Being involved in stock count at our 3PL warehouses.
  • Track and give feedback for various internal controlling reports (PIA, Purchase Order / Stock Transfer Order & LogOps Service Level).
  • Participating in stock counts (including preparation of documents for pre-count and after-count analysis)
  • Supporting the Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) team and other departments when necessary.
  • Qualifications

    Candidate Requirements

  • University degree preferred especially in Business, Logistics or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in logistics operations, customer service, planning, warehousing, transport or other front line operations, preferably within FMCG industry.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and SAP.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of Norwegian.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams, to analyse problems and propose compelling solutions.
