Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Platforms team focus on offering the largest, most sophisticated advertisers, agencies and media buyers integrated technology solutions to support them in the fast growing and highly strategic areas driving digital transformation through tech maturity.

As Country Lead Norway for Google Marketing Platform (GMP), you'll be responsible for leading the Norwegian team and driving integrated solutions for key clients across our suite of enterprise products, including GA360, CM, DV360 and SA360.

You will lead the strategic focus to position the GMP offering in the market and be a thought leader both internally and externally.

In addition to managing your team, you will be working directly with clients to drive tech adoption and tech maturity with our clients in Norway.

You will be part of the GMP Nordic Management team as well as the local Norwegian Management team.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products.

Working in one of three specialized areas Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform you'll use your expertise to help front-

line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.


  • Provide the immediate strategy, as well as the long-term vision, for the GMP business portfolio, and be responsible for its execution and business results.
  • Work towards strategic goals in Norway by maximizing the adoption and usage of Google's enterprise offering. Generate innovative approaches to addressing challenges and removing roadblocks to further develop the adoption of GMP in the market.
  • Identify and support the team in identifying potential business opportunities. Structure pricing and contracting, work with internal support functions, and create and manage agreements.
  • Create and develop relationships at C-level within customer organizations. Advocate for, and educate the market on, GMP as a solution-
  • leader in the digital marketing industry.

  • Develop and support the team in developing key account plans including growth opportunity identification, action planning, and business growth forecasting.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technology or media / digital advertising sales.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian, fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with display and search marketing, as well as understanding of the ad technologies space and its key players.
  • Experience in consulting and / or project management, with a track record of working towards strategic business goals.
  • Knowledge of digital ad platforms and established relationships within the digital advertising industry.
  • Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with agency and advertising customers.
  • Ability to work well in a large, fast-paced, complex and perpetually evolving environment.
