Duties and responsibilities

  • Support employees and managers with any HR related queries.
  • General HR Administration and other HR related projects and tasks.
  • Strategic HR support to leaders.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Contribute to change processes.
  • Superuser of new HR system.
  • Absence Management.
  • Recruitment.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant subject is required.
  • Minimum three years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience with HR systems is required.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant legislation (Norwegian Employment Law)
  • Personal qualities

  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Structured.
  • Accurate and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take full ownership of own areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate well with management and employees at all levels of the organisation.
