We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Sales professional with excellent communication skills & potential to join our sales team, this position will be based in Oslo but will travel frequently in Norway and at times within the Nordics.
Other team members will be located in the other Nordic countries, on local level sales colleagues within other channel will be present.
In this position you will report to Nordic Field and Local Retail Channel Manager, and you will be responsible for achieving targeted sales within assigned accounts, to generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting and closing sales.
Manage, develop, and retain existing customer accounts, both own clients at country level and Nordic TP with local responsibility
Enlarge distribution of current portfolio and introduce new products accordingly to company objectives
Support in managing Nordic key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximize sales opportunities within them
Develop, execute and track programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections. Work with TM to ensure category results are achieved
Responsible for the P&L of own client portfolio
Work both with central and store staff at client end to ensure good collaboration for both sell in and sell out
Develop customer plans (Account Plan) on a monthly and quarterly and annual base, including in store activities
Identify customer needs and work in-house functions to ensure those needs are met
Within compliance of Antitrust laws tracking and reporting changes in the competitive landscape
Continuously work to improve and optimize processes, adapt them to occurring internal or external changes in order to improve results
Education degree, ideally in Business, Management, Marketing or Economics
At least one significant sales experience in an international company or in a major retailer(can be as sales representative in store)
Good knowledge / understanding of Norwegian white goods players.
