We seek a superstar Account Executive (AE) to join a team covering the application delivery management suite of solutions in Northern Europe and South Africa (NESA).
The focus will be on approximately 15-20 enterprise class accounts in the specific region. / market / territoryThe AE is expected to win and maximize the full business potential of existing and prospect customers, ensuring continuous recurring revenue and long term business relationships.
including but not limited to post sale Technical Account Management, Presales Solution Architects, Marketing and Senior Executives.
Customer Interface and tasksAct as primary and overall manager of all of the activities with the customer and takes responsibility for suchDevelop and maintain an effective account plan for each account covering goals, objectives, actions, strategies and relationship plans.
Keep the customer up to date with all of Micro Focus’s products and functionality.Make sure that the customer is receiving the appropriate support and that the customer is adopting Micro Focus solutions maximising usage of as much of the capabilities as possible.
Drive the customer to adopt Micro Focus as a standard part of the IT process to ensure continued usage and renewal and making sure that budget is planned for future renewals.
Drive the customer to agree to be a reference and to create a case study.Continuous management and update of the Micro Focus Salesforce CRM systemAccurate, timely, well qualified forecasting of account revenue expectation and timingSkills & Qualifications : At least five years of experience in direct and Partner sales to large enterprise customers, with proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business.
