We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to will join our Norwegian Freia team, leading our exciting Smallbites and Countlines portfolio.

You will manage some of the nation’s best loved brands including Kvikk Lunsj, Japp, and Non Stop to name but a few!This role requires someone with strong commercial thinking who is also adept at communications planning, and execution.

Working cross-functionally, internally and externally, you will lead your work-streams to deliver across all metrics (P&L, consumer, trade) for your parts of the portfolio, as well as leading NPD development locally, and with our Global teams.

You will also create and lead the Smallbites and Countlines strategy to continue the momentum behind this business. We want a passionate person who can lead, drive change and, inspire action! Is that you? Main Responsibilities :

  • People management : Two Brand Managers.
  • Leading situational analysis, strategy development and recommending growth plans for Countlines and Smallbites in close cooperation with Nordic Senior Brand Manager, and Marketing Manager.
  • Brand Equity keeper for Kvikk Lunsj.
  • Support development of financial bridges and aligning growth targets with Sales company.
  • Presentation and alignment of plans with stakeholders Mondelez EU (MEU) and regional / local market teams.
  • Development of the trade sell and exciting the sales team about the plans.
  • Responsibility for leading and supporting on 360 integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Leading cross-agency teams from brief through to execution.
  • Managing agency relationships advertising, media, experiential, PR, digital.
  • Leading the development of numerous NPD projects.
  • Participating in the discussion with Global / MEU to identify the biggest opportunities for the Norwegian market.
  • A&C management to agreed budget and optimized ROI.
  • Candidate Requirements :

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent, with a Business or Marketing related degree.
  • Proven track record and evidence of strong delivery within a Brand Manager in a FMCG context.
  • Commercially astute with P&L experience.
  • Insight development and translation into actionable business initiatives required.
  • Experienced agency management and ATL experience required.
  • Track record of excellent organizing skills and delivering results.
  • Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and open to change.
  • People Agility.
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Nielsen and Kantar experience.
