Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to secure short and long-term business for Ericsson with the leading telecom operators in the country.
Our fundamental approach is a relationship based on trust with our customers, through which we understand the business challenges and provide solutions.
Our account managers are relationship builders and challengers, who will utilise internal resources for the best solution design and delivery.
Our customers come always first, this role will actively contribute making customers and Ericsson successful focusing on the specific part of our product and services portfolio.
What we expect :
You will be responsible for a portfolio of Ericsson products towards a specific telecom operator.
Building trust based, ethical customer relationship and loyalty is key for us. That has enabled us to understand the customers business challenges and help them overcome those.
You are expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitable sales.
You will also be responsible for following up a high quality delivery of sold products and services. This will require strong leadership in a matrix organisation
You need to have a potential of a country manager and leading sales teams for the next step of your career. We hire for succession of our senior management roles.

A proven track record of new business growth and an extensive experience in account management with great customer recommendations and success stories.
Good at communicating with executive level as well as middle management and lead a solution sales process.
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding will be key tools to success.
Tenacity ability to overcome setbacks, objections, and roadblocks to achieve desired investments and outcomes.
A quick learner so that will quickly become a 5G market expert to drive new radio and core business opportunities with our customers (for radio and core network experts)
A technical background which enables you to talk details with customers is an advantage.
Experience in Radio network, Core Network or OSS / BSS in Telecom or ICT sector are key differentiators.
Ideally you are a good fit if you have more than 6-8 years of relevant experience.
