As a Support Technician, you will ensure external customers' satisfaction by assisting the customers in the operation of Gemalto personalization, enrolment and eGate solutions in order to provide customer satisfaction and fulfilment of service level agreements (SLA) and maximize service profitability.
The position is based in Oslo but will require extensive travel throughout Norway.
Main responsibilities :
You will answer calls, mails and provide appropriate solutions to customer issues.
You will assist customers in troubleshooting or escalating issues to the research and development team, if needed.
You will implement appropriate development projects.
You will manage tools acceptance and integration before site deployment.
You will perform product migration and deployment at customer sites.
You will transfer developed and qualified technology to sites including relevant training.
You will train customers on new technology.
Knowledge, Skillsand Experience :
To succeed in this job, you must be autonomous,organized and have the ability to solve complex problems and work underpressure.
We would appreciate if you have : knowledge ofITIL and PKI technology, production processes and database management.
You must be fluent in English and in Norwegian.
You must be a Norwegian citizen.
You must be a strong communicator andcustomer-oriented.
You must have a 2 years Degree in Engineeringspecialized in mechanics / electrical engineering.
You must have the ability to travel in Norway,therefore have a driving license.
You must be aware services delivered (orprojects) might require on call support.
