Job Description - Senior Process Engineer (2000322)Job Description Senior Process EngineerRequisition ID : 2000322 Description JOBSUMMARY : Senior Process Engineer is accountable for technical integrityof assigned Process engineering activities, Producingand maintaining deliverables (including, but not limited to Heat & MaterialBalance, PFD, P&ID, Datasheets Drawings, Calculations, Technicalspecifications) in accordance with industry standards, codes and clientspecifications within the schedule and budget as set-out by the Lead Process Engineer / Engineering Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : The responsibilities of the Senior ProcessEngineer shall include, but are not limited to, those contained in thefollowing statements : Assist in the Process Engineering activitieson projects, tenders under the direction of Lead Engineer / Engineering Manager.
Lead,coordinate, mentor and manage discipline teams on smaller projects when needed.Ensuresafe, effective and successful implementation of process engineering activitieswithin budget and schedule requirements.
Participate in engineeringassignments such as Simulations, H&MB, PFD, P&ID, Process equipmentdatasheets, Instrument datasheets, Calculation reportsPerform relief and blowdownstudies, flare network study and flare radiation calculations Execute Feasibility Studies / Conceptual Design / Process Studies.
Review / Carry out Line sizing, PSVsizing, blowdown & Equipment SizingParticipate in reviewing andchecking designs, drawings and data from other parties / execution officesAct as representative in TechnicalDesign Reviews (P&ID, HAZOP, QHSE).
Take part in 3D Model reviews, Multidisciplinarydesign reviews. Ensure that any P&ID changesare well documented for changes during execution of project with requiredapproval from Engineering Manager / Project manager.
Bring to the attention of the necessaryparties, any problems, assistance or matters that may affect quality, deadlinesor costs.
Establish good workingrelationships and communication with all Leads, Managers and clients. Interface with Subcontractors,Suppliers and Vendors for completion of engineering activitiesAdhere to the HSE requirementsstipulated by Company / ClientsMaintain Quality documentation andreport any non-compliances for process improvement.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Chemical engineering froman accredited university or equivalentExperience in similar position workingfor EPC Projects in Oil & Gas sector.
Process design experience related to Processskids and packages for upstream / midstream projects would be preferredWell versed in the use of software such asHysys, FlareNet, ProMax, Pipesim, Olga,etc.
Must have good working knowledge ofcodes and standards in the industry (ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, NACE etc )Engineer shall have good interfaceknowledge with other disciplines especially Piping, Mechanical, Electrical& Instrumentation etc.
and knowledge of all discipline documents anddrawings is requiredVerbal and written communicationusing English is compulsoryAbility to work in a multi-culturalteam environmentProficiency with MS OfficeapplicationsShould be able to work on fasttrack projects and deliver as per project schedule.
