Job profile & Accountabilities
Euronext Human Resources team supports closely the Euronext strategic plan, Let’s Grow Together 2022 with the ambition to empower each employee to grow, perform and innovate.
In the context of recent expansions and acquisitions, the HR team plays a key role in the change and integration processes of new team members across geographies.
In close coordination with the Group Talent specialist and the HR Director in Norway, the V.I.E HR Group Projects Officer works on the deployment of HR Group projects defined in the strategic roadmap and the change programme to facilitate the integration of Oslo employees.
He / she also has local responsibilities in helping the Norwegian HR team in their Business Partner role.
At a Group level, the V.I.E supports the Talent specialist in the following projects :
1) Integration programme : Coordination and roll-out of the Empowering Oslo programme to support Oslo employees as well as employees in other locations in the change approach for a successful integration process.

3) Employer branding projects and job boards’ strategy to attract the right skills and talents :
4) Career mobilities development : Support the finale phase of deployment and the continuous roll-out of the Career Framework to develop internal mobilities and career possibilities at Euronext.
Locally, the V.I.E supports the Oslo HR team in their Business Partner role :
