Our mission is to work together with EV drivers by offering smart charging solutions and scalable charging infrastructure as a way of eradicating our dependency on fossil fuels for the future of mobility.

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Care Agent to further strengthen our Sales team in the Nordics.

As a Sales & Customer Care Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers, you process all the incoming questions, leads and will sell our products and services to private drivers (B2C) as well as their offices (B2B) within the Nordics.

You answer all their questions regarding electric driving and spare no expense to make them join our network of electric drivers.

Your job is to advise them about the right charging point and the use of our own NewMotion charge card and services. A lot of customers are new to the world of electric driving, so you make sure they have all the tools to get started.

You will have a keen eye for improving our products, services and processes.

Worried you don’t know much about electric driving? Don’t be! If you bring the Sales & customer care experience we will bring the training and support for 3 months in Amsterdam, you learn everything you need to know about our products and services.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • first point of contact for our customers on the phone and by e-mail;
  • handling customer requests and questions relating to our products and services;
  • analysing problems (sometimes technical) and offering the right solution. If you can’t find the answer your technical support colleagues from the head office in Amsterdam will help;
  • proactive campaigns following up customers and upsell packages;
  • create and process offers using Salesforce;
  • manage smaller B2B leads or work with our Partner Manager to share these with our resellers;
  • improving our customer service by identifying and implementing improvements in our processes to make electric driving even more attractive;
  • follow up on leads, promptly on a daily basis;
  • be the friendly sales voice on the phone as our business card to the outside world.
