As Business Development Manager you will focus on sales activities within the Norwegian Market by selling complete multipoint charging solutions (hardware and / or software) to B2B customers.

You will work from our office in Oslo and you will report directly to the local Regional Director.

Your daily activities will consist of :

Sales Activities :

  • Follow up all new leads on a daily manner and create new leads within own segment and sales region via telephone contact, and email
  • Sell EVBox charging solutions (including our software Hey for payment solutions & roaming) fitted to the potential customer needs
  • Qualify leads into new opportunities following defined qualification criteria
  • Create quotes to new opportunities or handover and support installation partner in creating quotes
  • Close sales opportunities and Quotes
  • Build relationships with key customer contacts
  • Update the sales process in SalesForce
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Keep Salesforce up-to-date and document customer service actions and communications
  • Inform partners, customers and team members about relevant issues
  • Collaborate with Industry Segment Leaders and Marketing to implement and roll out Industry Segments focused Value Propositions in New Markets
  • Key Account Management :

  • Provide product and service advice to existing customers
  • Follow up information to customer management and car drivers
  • Handle expansions and updates in the customers project
  • Cooperate support and admin with partners
  • Customer Journey Process :

  • Optimize the sales processes within the customer journey
