You drive improvements to the system and are an active participant in developing the technical platform to support sales and self-service functionality of service subscriptions.
Transactional sales of Services & Solutions is a one of the most strategically important areas for Dustin. We need a self-service portal to handle the business connected to this area.
In other words, you’ll be an important part on our transformation journey.

You’ll be a part of the IT Services & Integration-team and report to me, Sara. In this role you’ll work closely with our Services & Solutions department to maximize the business benefit from technical service subscription domain.

You’ll be responsible for developing the technical service domain, and therefore we want you to be an active participant in changing the technical platform if we need to.
We need you to identify and recommend system changes, often involving integration development or configurations. This is to improve and support the business process as well as the user and most importantly : the customer experience.
In your daily work you will develop routines and processes, make sure proper documentation covering both the functional solution and the technical parts is both in place and accessible for others.
A typical week in this role you will attend governance meetings with the vendor, distribute release notes from AppDirect to recipients within Dustin, both support and educate super users.
It is also your job to manage incidents and escalate the problem to AppDirect.
