You will provide professional HR support and advice to Employees and Managers within the client group / business unit / employees in line within organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
To support and deliver HR objectives to meet operational and strategic targets.
Responsible for their primary business area, with regards to providing effective and professional HR partnering to Managers.
Be a key stakeholder by ensuring positive employee relations and maximizing the effectiveness of existing resources to ensure key objectives / targets are met.
Responsible for the delivery of the HR objectives within their primary business area. This includes ensuring all relevant Blue Chip initiatives are prioritized accordingly, supporting resourcing activities with our recruiting partners, making recommendations and providing detailed justification for compensation & benefits changes, general day to day HR operational activities, leading talent management / performance processes, participating in global, hemisphere and / or geo-zone projects.
The job holder will be responsible for all employee relation processes within their primary business unit and will assist where necessary in other business units.
Provide project support when required on HR and cross functional projects within the Norway / client group / business units.
Participate in the development, improvement and implementation of people related practices, processes and policies in order to maximize operational effectiveness.
Responsible for absence management, including advising managers and employees on sick leave, applications for leave of absence with more.
Close cooperation with NAV, BHT and other stakeholders. Understand the sick leave processes, Nav processes, and have a proactive mindset.
Offer advice and guidance to other team members.
Ensure processes and procedures are compliant and the HRMS system is 100% accurate
Support Senior HR Advisor where required
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
Must have :
Relevant bachelor or master’s degree
Must have 5 years+ experience as an HR Administrator and HR Business Partner within a fast-paced business.
The job holder must be a confident decision-maker and have the ability to challenge Business Managers when required.
The ability to plan, track and manage a changing environment
