Want to join us?As Growth Lead you will be a part of a visionary Growth team, enabling customer growth in many different verticals and markets.

Our Growth teams are organised around our customer journey, where Customer Acquisition and Customer Activation is two of the teams working to ensure sustainable growth.

Each of our growth teams are expected to set strategy to continuously experiment and improve upon relevant metrics. We are looking for two extraordinary people to help us lay the framework for future growth in Kolonial.

1 Growth Lead (Customer Acquisition) Leading Customer Acquisition in Kolonial.no means that you will be responsible for creating scalable and effective marketing, enabling our ability to rapidly grow in existing and new customer group as well as developing a brand people will love.

2 Growth Lead (Customer Activation) Leading Customer Activation in Kolonial.no means that you will be responsible to deliver our moment of wow as fast as possible for new customers, in an engaging and delightful way.

To put our customers on the highway to habit, ready for a relationship that will last a life time.ResponsibilitiesRaise the bar : You make sure we have a clearly defined and communicated product strategy that ensures our ability to acquire new customers across multiple verticals and markets.

  • You do this by; continuously work to improve how we work with acquisition; challenge the team and company to take on ambitious goals and truly innovate at large-scale;
  • bring out the best possible insight into customer needs and problems worth solving together with designers, data analysts & scientists, software engineers, and more.

  • Measure and evaluate : You care about numbers and continuously evaluate if the team is doing the right thing and has real impact;
  • you will adjust strategy and priorities accordingly. You communicate strategy, ideas, priorities, plans, effect and learning in an efficient and inspiring way.

    Develop a brand people will love for generations : You are obsessed about the customer and you will take the lead on developing a brand that goes beyond our customers expectations.

    You aim for a level of loyalty and engagement that we have never seen in our space before.Create a winning team : Build and develop a cross-functional team that is able to deliver upon the strategy and reach its goals.

    You do this by setting expectations, give feedback and support the development of the team and their ability to seamlessly collaborate in team and with the rest of the organisation.

  • as lean and agile as possibleExperienced in experimentation, A / B-testing and using tools like LookerProven ability to deliver products and solutions that solves real customer needsFluent in English.
