  • Isabel Marant Oslo is looking for : Store Manager (m / f / d)As a Store Manager, being an ambassador of the brand, your role will consist in the following duties and responsibilities : JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contribute to the development of our brand’s image by providing a unique in store experience and personalised fashion styling advises
  • Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients
  • Guarantee the organization and proper functioning of the corner (flows, stocks, sales, security ...)
  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the staff assigned to the shop
  • Provide training, monitoring and supervision of the teams
  • Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary products
  • Develop and retain customers through the appropriate methods and tools
  • Develop the turnover of the shop by proposing methods and tools and deploying them within the team
  • Assure a management relay to the team in the shop and guarantee the application of the policy and instructions of the Management
  • Ensure reporting to the Management
  • Combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale.PROFILE
  • You have a proven successful 6 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail
  • You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs
  • You have an excellent personal presentation
  • You are proactive and positive, a good team player with high level of motivation
  • You are passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
  • You are focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships
