Our off line stores are our lighthouses to develop our brand experience towards consumers. Role of store manager is to be a brand ambassador inside our store and provide a unique consumer experience in line with our new premium concept
In addition to education in business, we expect you to have at least 4-6 years of experience as a supervisor and as a store manager, as well as aiming to work in an independent, inspiring and responsible position in the future.
You enjoy interacting with customers and are able to handle also challenging situations. Additionally, you have the experience and the vision to develop the store's operations to maintain customer satisfaction and the profit at a high level and to meet or even exceed the set goals.
We especially appreciate the knowledge of the clothing industry, the customer service spirit and the experience of working with top brands.
Supervisor experience, genuine enthusiasm and the 'can do' attitude are part of the characteristics for the store manager we are looking for and are a prerequisite for success.
In addition to the fluency in Norwegian, you communicate in English and master the use of the most common IT programs. You will report to and get support from Retail Manager responsible for the Scandinavian retail operations.
