SAS Is looking for a Labor law Lawyer to Advice and support on labor law issues in Norway. Responsible for coordination of Industrial Relations (IR) support / issues and cases with internal and external parts.
With the Scandinavian IR team supporting the business with activities and solutions that support the implementation of SAS strategy and annual plans.
Create the conditions for a stable and predictable relations between management, unions, elected officials and employees.
Main activities :
Responsible / support in running legal labour law cases
Responsible for interpretation and application of collective agreements, local agreements and labor legislation in NO- compliance
Secure editing and updating of national collective agreements
Secure archiving of local agreements
Provide legal advice to line management and HR in labor law in cooperation with Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon (NHO)
Team up for the work of judicial cooperation with NHO
Work within the frame of a union collaboration model in SAS that enables good relations among the stakeholders combined with result oriented changes driven by SAS strategy
Conduct analysis of best praxis from relevant industries
Participate / Support in strategic / tactical project within the functional area.
Continually review and amend policies / procedures / documents as and when needed
Proactively formulate and propose new standard to meet business requirements
Survey on labor law news and conduct relevant analyses
Internal Education of SAS leaders in relevant labour law
Team participating member in CBA and local negotiations
Education and Experience :
Cand Jur with a lawyer s backgound
Significant experience with court proceedings in labor litigation
Worked with labor law at a major law firm or equivalent for at least 5 years
Preferable experience from establishing a successful relationship between business stakeholders, HR, and labor unions
Experience of cross-border and domestic transactions (including business transitions and outsourcing), restructuring, trade negotiations and the establishment of labor law documents
Good legal knowledge in collective labor law, ie. the part of labor law relating relations between the different parties

The position is located at SAS Teknsike Base, Gardermoen. Duty travel to Frøsundavik / Stockholm to be expected.
