As a Team Leader you will help build and lead a team of consultants to ensure external customers' satisfaction by assisting the customers in the operation and development of Gemalto Case Management System and eID solution in order to provide customer satisfaction and fulfilment of service level agreements (SLA) and maximize service profitability.
A week in the life of a System Engineer :
Participate in planning, design and development together with our development team in Prague
Provide support to the customer and improve upon the established solution trough troubleshooting and development
Actively participate to build a culture of sharing competencies both in-role and outside.
You will assist customers in troubleshooting or escalating issues to the research and development team, if needed.
You will implement appropriate development projects.
You will manage acceptance and integration before deployment.
You will perform product migration and deployment at customer sites.
You will transfer developed and qualified technology to the customer including relevant training.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
To succeed in this job , you must be autonomous, organized and have the ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure.
We would appreciate if you have broad experience with PKI technology, Windows Infrastructure, Java, ITIL and database management.
You must be a Norwegian Citizen and, fluent in English and in Norwegian
Communicates well with customers, and has the ability to develop a good understanding of the customer scenario
Experience working with application development / Test & Release Management is important.
You must have a minimum 6 years’ experience in Software Development / IT Operations with a Bachelor in Computer Science.
